A little winery in Santa Fe is making a big name for itself

SANTA FE - On a sultry morning in early June, Raymond Haak pauses to study a cluster of grapes in his vineyard. At 73, he's a trim man who holds up well in the heat. His jeans and button-down shirt are crisp, his brow dry. "The grapes are hard right now," Haak explains, his hand cradling a clump of green Blanc du Bois berries. "Little juice. No sugar. But they'll be twice the size for harvest."
