To help potential customers find your winery, please review your profile page at AmericanWineryGuide.com, and email any necessary additions (listed above) or corrections (e.g. hours, fees, services, amenities, etc.) to jim@americanwineryguide.com

You can also upload photos of your winery on the site, and email Jim a description of your winery (500 words or less) that will be included on your profile page.

What information do potential customers seek in choosing a new winery to visit?

  •  They want to know what their friends and other visitors think.
  •  They want to know how good the wines are and how much they cost.
  •  They want to know about the winery's ambiance, views, services and amenities.
  •  And they want to know the winery's "story."

At AmericanWineryGuide.com, we bring all this, and more, together so that wine travelers can easily find their ideal wineries and create custom itineraries.

We believe that customer reviews and ratings can be very useful in helping wine tourists choose which wineries to visit.  We also know that, on occasion, a winery will receive a low rating.  These low ratings usually help wineries identify improvement areas, but there are also "those customers" that are never going to be happy.  To prevent "those customers" from being the primary reviewers of your winery, we recommend that you encourage the majority of your visitors, through word of mouth, tasting room material, or your newsletter, to let the world know, with their AmericanWineryGuide.com review, about their great experience at your winery!

If you have any questions or suggestions, please let us know.  We love feedback!  You can contact me directly at jim@AmericanWineryGuide.com or 412.294.8433
